CALL FOR BIDS CITY OF WARDEN 1st STREET NORTH RECONSTRUCTION Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the City of Warden, 121 South Main Street, Warden, Washington, 98857, up to 10:00 a.m.; local time on Thursday, May 8, 2025, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct 1st Street North Reconstruction. This Contract provides for the reconstruction of approximately 2,600 LF of 1st Street North from North County Road to BNSF ROW. The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, crushed surfacing materials, hot mix asphalt, pavement markings, utility adjustments, traffic control, miscellaneous surface restoration, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be physically complete within 70 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
