Quincy Recreation Department, Russ Harrington, PO Box 338 Quincy, WA 98848, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Quincy Aquatic Center, is located at 724 F St SE in Quincy in Grant county. This project involves 6.6 acres of soil disturbance for Other (City Aquatic Park) construction activities. Some discharges and runoff goes to ground water. The receiving waterbody is Irrigation Maintenance Ditch. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecology’s action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County Development Services on March 27, 2025, from Jenks Holding Company LLC, (Designated Contact: Sam Myers, Systems West Construction 1800 Presson Pl.
