NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids, plainly marked “BID FOR STRATFORD ROAD (20-NE TO BNSF CROSSING) RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, CRP 21-06”, will be received by Grant County Department of Public Works located 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Tuesday, April 15, 2025 and will then and there be opened and publicly read. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Grant County. Notice of Application & Proposed Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance - Date of Notice: April 11, 2025, Notice is hereby given that a Major Subdivision application and SEPA Checklist was received by Grant County on December 11, 2024 from Waldo TJ Main Contact: (Columbia Northwest Engineering and Survey Attn: Seth Bishop 249 N Elder St. Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on April 7, 2025. Notice of Proposed SEPA ODNS and Public Hearing: April 21, 2025. Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist was received by the City of Royal City on April 3rd, 2025 from the City of Royal City and was found to be Technically Complete on April 3rd, 2025.
