Grant County property tax statements issued
EPHRATA — Grant County property owners should be receiving 2025 property tax statements in the mail in the next few days unless they’ve shown up already. Grant County Treasurer Darryl Pheasant said tax statements were mailed March 28.
“We are also working on updated statements for those parcels that had changes that were processed after the original statements were created,” Pheasant wrote in a press release.
County officials changed software, he said, so statements will have an unfamiliar look.
“The combined statements of the past are no longer available, so every parcel gets its own statement,” he said. “For those parcels with mortgages, there is a disclaimer notice in yellow near the top instead of the owners statement sent in the past.”

The treasurer has a drop box for payments in the parking lot at the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C St. NW in Ephrata. Payments also can be submitted by mail, PO Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823.
“Please send the bottom coupon of your statement if you are paying by mail for proper crediting. If you have more than one coupon you may make one check for the total tax. And please remember to sign your check,” Pheasant said. “Please check to verify that all parcels you pay (tax) on are on your statement.”
Current and back-year tax information is available on the treasurer’s website. People can pay for half the year or the full amount; either way, payment is due by April 30.
