MOSES LAKE — The Moses Lake Police Department continues to investigate a Sunday afternoon drive-by shooting in the Larson Community.
Three people were arrested for suspicion of involvement in a gang-related drive-by shooting at around 12:15 p.m. Sunday in Larson. No one was injured, according to Kyle Foreman, public information officer for Grant County Sheriff’s Office.
Witnesses said the car pulled up in front of their house in the 900 block of Lowry Drive, flashed gang signs, yelled obscenities, then sped off while the backseat passenger fired two rounds in the witness's direction, according to Foreman.
Three male suspects, two juveniles and an adult were taken into custody after their vehicle was found at the end of Northshore Drive in Moses Lake, Foreman said.
The adult, Jesus Cervantes, 19 from Moses Lake was identified as the person who fired the gun and is lodged in Grant County Jail for investigation of several counts of first-degree assault, according to the GCSO press release.
