The Othello Housing Authority is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Maintenance Laborer. A person in this position performs unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment and is required to demonstrate rudimentary knowledge of basic heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity, as well as performing ground keeping tasks. Experience in the construction or maintenance of building, electrical, carpentry, plumbing or mechanical trades work required. Graduation from high school or equivalent combination of experience and training required. Spanish speaking is helpful.
