FIRE REPORT: Heat warning issued for Grant, Adams
The Miners Complex Fire smoke on Aug. 24. The fire is 1,100 acres with no containment as of Thursday. It began on July 17 as multiple smaller fires, however they have been grouped as the Miner’s Complex fire. The fire is located 21 miles east of Darrington.

MOSES LAKE — The National Weather Service’s Spokane bureau released a statement saying there will be a heat wave Thursday through Saturday that could cause increased fire risks.
