Navix Engineering and Burns & McDonnell are seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project is located at 1500 Port Industrial Way in Quincy, Grant County, Washington. This project involves 36.7 acres of soil disturbance for industrial building and utility construction activities.  All discharges and runoff go to on-site infiltration ponds. Notice of Public Hearings & Determination of Non-Significance Othello Planning Commission & Othello City Council Zoning Update 2024 – Nonconforming Uses   Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss amending the Nonconforming Uses Chapter, Othello Municipal Code (OMC) 17.79. The hearings will be held: - At the Planning Commission meeting, Monday, Sept. 16 at 6:00 PM - At the City Council meeting, Monday, Sept. 23 at 6:00 PM   The public hearings will be held at Othello City Hall, Council Chambers, 500 E.
