Ephrata PD

Oct. 18 

Report of outside fire in 100 block of Basin Street SW. Multiple subjects advised of burning restriction. 

Oct. 19 

Report of Ephrata Police Department assisting Washington State Patrol with a DUI driver leaving Soap Lake toward Ephrata. 

Oct. 20 

Report of fentanyl overdose on Sixth Avenue SE. Upon police arrival, subject up, moving and refused medics. 

Report of subject stealing $80 worth of merchandise from business on Nat Washington Way. Suspect trespassed. 

Report of suspect trying to walk past all points of sale. Asset protection stopped her, merchandise recovered. 

Oct. 21 

Report of suspect coming into store, putting on multiple clothing items and ditching empty boxes from merchandise they selected.  

Report of Narcan given to subject on Basin Street SW.  

Oct. 22 

Report of civil issue over $1,200, rent and groceries. Reporting party advised he was holding property until paid. 

Report of drugs being sold out of a trailer in 100 block of Fourth Avenue NW. Gone on police arrival.  

Report of hub caps stolen off wheels of vehicle in Coulee City. 

Report of subject pulling out $100 cash back and leaving it behind. Money gone when she returned. Store to review footage for possible suspects. 

Report of one car wreck on Basin Street. Car ran into rear interior wall of business.  

Moses Lake PD

Oct. 14 

Report of unknown suspect siphoning gas from two buses in parking lot on South Juniper Drive. No cameras in the area. 

Report of person needing naloxone on North Stratford Road. 

Report of reporting person meeting subject on dating app, sent elicit photo. Then subject posted the photos on social media and asked that reporting party to send money to stop posts. Reporting party was advised to delete all social media accounts. 

Report of person overdosed on fentanyl at business on North Stratford Road, Moses Lake Fire Department transported to Samaritan Hospital.  

Report of damage done to property under construction on North Paxson Drive. Unknown suspect broke windows and sheets of drywall. Unknown value damaged.  

Report of two-vehicle collision on Frontage Road. Vehicle one failed to yield to vehicle two and the two vehicles collided. Driver of vehicle two taken to Samaritan Hospital by Moses Lake Fire Department. 

Report of suspect hitting reporting party’s vehicle and fleeing on W Broadway Avenue. Suspect booked into Grant County Jail for DUI and  second-degree driving with license suspended.   

Oct. 15 

One student at Moses Lake High School under influence of alcohol. School administration disciplined the student per school policy. 

Report of male juvenile placing USB drive in his pocket at business on N. Stratford Road Subject was detained and trespassed for one year. USB drive returned.  

Report of resident flooding on W Peninsula Drive because workers putting in a fence broke the water line.  

Report of credit card stolen at vehicle prowl at Shorecrest Drive.  

Oct. 16 

Report of drugs found in aisle inside store on N Stratford Road. Drugs were destroyed. 

Report of male selling drugs at gas station on N Stratford Road. Male booked into Grant County Jail for possession, delivery, or manufacturing schedule I or II narcotics. 

Student possession of marijuana in Moses Lake High School. Student disciplined by admin per school policy.  

Student possession of nicotine vape in Moses Lake High School. Student disciplined by admin per school policy.  

Report of student at Moses Lake High School on unknown stimulant. Student transported to Samaritan Hospital. 

Male suspect, who was previously trespassed from store, stole three trading card packs. When confronted by loss protection, he gave two back. He was contacted by police and booked into Grant County jail for third-degree theft and second-degree burglary. 

Two suspects stole around $190 worth of printing ink at business on N Stratford Road. 

Report of collision where vehicle two slowed to yield another vehicle and vehicle one rear ended vehicle two. 

Report of suspect stealing merchandise from store on N Stratford Road. Suspect permanently trespassed from business.  

Report of suspect arrested on West Marina Drive. Suspect taken to Grant County Jail for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Oct, 17 

Report of white Chrysler with Indiana plates stealing a black fishing boat. Plates do not match the vehicle. Under investigation. 

Report of person saying gas station was part of a widespread tap-to-pay scam and was at a loss for $7,000. Documents emailed to officer. 

Report of male suspect stealing $320 worth of liquid detergent at business on S Pioneer Way. 

Report of marijuana pen found at Moses Lake High School. Unknown student.  

Report of suspect on S Battery Road with potential charges of second-degree assault – domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence.  

Report of female suspect stealing a cart full of items from business on N Stratford Road. Charges to be filed when suspect is identified. 

Report of subject overdosing on fentanyl on W Central Drive. Narcan provided, medical help rejected. 

Oct. 18 

Report of male suspect booked into Grant County Jail for second-degree burglary. 

Oct. 19 

Report of Moses Lake Police Department assisting Grant County Sheriff's Office with alleged first-degree assault and threats to kill towards deputies on Grace Lane NE. 

Report of male suspect stealing from business on N Stratford Road. Suspect booked into Grant County Jail for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing. 

Report of suspect intoxicated behind wheel of running truck. Suspect was uncooperative and arrested for DUI. Suspect has two previous DUIs in 2021 and felony warrants. Suspect booked into Grant County Jail. 

Oct. 20 

Report of credit card turned in at unknown gas station. Card collected and in MLPD property. 

Report of vehicle prowl on W Century Street. Unknown suspect took tools out of reporting party’s truck. Charges to follow if subject is identified.  

Report of road rage incident involving firearm. Police spoke to reporting party, witness and suspect.  

Report of attempted cart pushout at business on N Stratford Road. Suspect stopped and permanently trespassed from business.  

Report of attempted residential burglary on E Craig Street. Suspect kicked door in while reporting party was home with kids. No surveillance footage. 

Report of overdose on Lee Drive NE. 

Oct. 21 

Report of person under the influence of psychedelic mushrooms calling police saying they were going to die. Officers contacted reporting party’s family. Medics evaluated the reporting party and declined further medical attention. Family advised they will take care of reporting party.  

Report of police locating suspect who had an active felony warrant at business on N Stratford Road. Suspect placed in custody and booked into jail.  

Report of male passed out behind the wheel of vehicle, blocking traffic on E Kittleson Road and State Route 17 N. Police observed suspect passed out with engine on, vehicle in gear and his foot on break. Suspect was placed into custody for DUI and vehicle was towed with pending search warrant. 

Vehicle collided in drive through on E Kittleson Road. Driver left prior to police arrival. 

Report of possible drugs found in bathroom at Samaritan Urgent Care. Photo of person given to school resource officer, as suspect looks like a high school student. 

Report of wheels and tires being stolen from residence on N Block Street.  

Hit and run accident reported in high school parking lot.  

Report of suspect damaging awning with U-Haul truck on E Kittleson Road.  

Report of hit and run on S Grand Drive. Vehicle one hit vehicle two as it was parked. Vehicle one fled the scene and caused reportable damage to vehicle two. Vehicle one driver is unknown at this time. 

Report of MLPD helping Washington State Patrol trooper with traffic stop with suspect that had 11 warrants. Suspect booked into Grant County Jail. 

Report of physical domestic violence and second-degree malicious misconduct on Mae Valley Road. Suspect taken to Grant County Jail.  

Oct. 22 

Report of suspect that was involved in previous theft in business on N Stratford Road. Suspect arrested and booked for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing.  

Report of hit and run at business on N Stratford Road. Vehicle one hit vehicle two and fled from scene. Driver one located and admitted to collision and leaving scene. Driver two requested to pursue charges.  

Report of student highly intoxicated student on the school campus at Moses Lake High School. Parents came and took student home. Student disciplined per school policy. 

Report of dine and dash at restaurant on W Broadway Avenue.  

Report of student heavily intoxicated after school lunch. School admin disciplined per school policy. 

Report of suspect caught stealing at business on N Stratford Road. When suspect was contacted by police, suspect resisted arrest, then threatened police. Suspect was previously trespassed from business. Suspect taken to Grant County Jail.  

Report of student smoking marijuana pen in school hallway at Moses Lake High School. The student ran out and off campus. The student was later identified and disciplined per school policy. 

Report of theft at business on S Pioneer Way. Male suspect wearing plaid jacket, neon green shirt and baseball hat stole approximately $50 worth of pens. Reporting person wants to pursue charges. 

Report of daughter observing an unknown male Hispanic student in class showing a gun to two students. The gun was apparently in the student’s backpack. Information forwarded to the Moses Lake High School School resource officer. 

Oct. 23 

Reported vehicle stolen on S. Pioneer Way, after subject lost keys in store.

Cameran Michael Bennett, 34, Mattawa, booked on Grant County District Court Warrant for domestic violence protection order violation and domestic violence violation order restrict contact. 

Merissa Gabriela Saenz, 25, Moses Lake, booked on Whatcom County warrant for two counts of malicious prosecutions and perjury.  

Reuben Gonzalez, 59, Moses Lake, booked on DUI. 

Oct. 18 

Stacy Lee Noyes, 51, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County District Court Warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief.  

Oct. 19 

Miguel Angel Lopez Montes, 36, Ephrata, booked on attempt to elude DUI and Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear for a first-degree driving with license suspended case.  

Christobal Tzanahua Molohua, 41, Quincy, booked on residential burglary and protection order violation. 

Shelly Adele Peterson, 62, Moses Lake booked on third-degree false reporting. 

Arturo Gomez, 54, Moses Lake booked on felony DUI and two Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree possessing stolen property and residential burglary. 

Luis Meraz Gonzalez, 27, Seattle, booked on DUI and resisting arrest.

Omar Salmeron Zandejas, 39, Moses Lake booked for DUI. 

Oct. 21 

Brianna Rae Fuller, 21, Ephrata, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Joseph Greggory Wilson, 37, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree criminal trespassing and Grant County District Court warrant for disorderly conduct. 

William Thomas Kelly, 58, Moses Lake booked on third-degree driving with license suspended and 12 Grant County District Court Warrants for second-degree recreational fishing no license, fourth degree assault – domestic violence, third-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence, first-degree criminal trespassing, no valid operation license without ID and eight counts of third-degree driving with license suspended.  

Oct. 22 

Anthony Lucio, 38, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, resisting arrest, intimidation of public servant and Grant County Superior Court case for two counts of third-degree theft. 

Victor M Silvas Gonzalez, 27, Othello, booked on third-degree theft, second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespassing. 

Brian Charles McKinney, 34, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County District Court warrant for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Sergio Barragan Leal, 54, Royal City, booked on two counts of first-degree child molestation. 

Nathan Earl Holman, 64, Ephrata, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Devan Jezrah Ramirez, 20, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Jason Arthur Thomas, 30, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County District Court warrant for first-degree  criminal trespassing and Department of Corrections warrant for two counts of third-degree assault and criminal trespassing.  

Sydney Shay Dipaula, 26, Quincy, booked on two Grant County District Court Warrants for failure to appear for obstructing police.  

Roger William Oliver, 61, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and interfering with a report of domestic violence. 

Phillip Anthony Dabalos, 52, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear for three counts of second-degree burglary.  

Oct. 24 

Nilson Mejia Cruz, 28, Royal City, booked on felony no contact order violation, two counts of second-degree assault – domestic violence, fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and third-degree malicious misconduct.
