SUMMARY This Ordinance amends Othello Municipal Code 17.79 to provide simpler language and sets forth the legal status of nonconforming uses, structures, and lots and establishes when and under what circumstances nonconforming aspects of a use, structure, development, or lot must be brought into conformance with the provisions of this title. Public Notice of Budget Hearing A public hearing has been scheduled on the Proposed 2025 Budget for Public Hospital District No. 4 of Grant County, Washington (d/b/a McKay Healthcare and Rehab Center). The public hearing will be held on November 12, 2024, at 4:30 PM at the McKay Healthcare conference room, 127 Second Ave, Soap Lake, WA 98851. The proposed budget includes projected revenues and expenses for operations and maintenance in 2025. Copies of the draft budget are available at McKay Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
