This non-project action was developed to meet the requirements of Chapter 246-290 WAC & provide comprehensive planning to meet the future water supply requirements for the area served by the system. Plan implementation may result in future project actions, which will undergo individual SEPA review as appropriate. Proponent: Desert Aire Owners Association Location of proposal, including street address, if any: The Desert Aire Owners Association water service area is located in Desert Aire, Grant County, Washington, on the northeast shore of Priest Rapids reservoir along State Highway 243, Township 14N, Range 23E, Section 22. The lead agency for this proposal has determined it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
