REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS for ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES for the QUINCY VALLEY REGIONAL PARKS DISTRICT, Q-PLEX PROJECT The Quincy Valley Regional Parks District is requesting statements of qualifications and performance information from qualified firms interested in providing professional architectural and engineering services to perform “Design, Cost Estimates, and Construction Support Services” for the proposed Quincy Valley Regional Parks District Indoor Regional Sports and Recreational complex, called Q-Plex project, located along 13th Avenue SW, Quincy, WA.   The proposed Q-Plex project is about 143,000 square feet multi-use indoor complex, to be constructed with solid steel frames, tension fabric structures, and artificial turf floors.
