Oct. 24
Report of damage on 1150 Basin Street SW. Unknown subject tagged pillars with gang related graffiti.
Oct. 25
Report of cold vehicle prowl, items stolen from unlocked vehicle. Unknown location.
Oct. 26
Report of dumpster diving on C Street SW. Suspect contacted and left.
Report of drugs found on 10 block of Jefferson Avenue NE. Logged into property to be destroyed.
Report of subject leaving keys at register at business in Quincy and suspect taking them.
Oct. 27
Report of theft. When victim left, the suspect came to the victim’s house on Basin Street SW and helped pack up suspect’s belongings. When victim returned home, he discovered multiple valuable items were missing.
Report of collision on Nat Washington Way and A Street SE. Vehicle two was stopped for railroad crossing. Vehicle one drove into the back of vehicle two.

Report of unknown drug paraphernalia found in 100 block of 1st Avenue NW. Substance collected for destruction.
Report of collision on Basin Street SW. Vehicle two slowed for stopped traffic and vehicle one did not. Vehicle one collided with the rear of vehicle two. Reportable damage to both vehicles.

Report of cold fraud. Reporting party said unknown suspect defrauded him of $50.
Report of cold vehicle prowl. Vehicle left unlocked and unknown suspect entered it and stole a firearm from the center console.

Report of disturbance at business on Basin Street SW. Suspect verbally trespassed.

Oct. 26
Report of a black hawk chest stolen out of the bed of a truck on E Kittleson Road. The box is worth around $300 to 400. No cameras captured incident.
Report of sedan and pickup truck with punctured tires on N Grape Drive. Unknown suspect.
Report of two-vehicle collision in intersection of W Broadway Avenue and S Beech Street. Vehicle one entered intersection and vehicle two turned left causing a T-bone collision. No injuries reported
Report of female suspect selling puppies in parking lot of business on N Stratford Road. Suspect warned and left.
Report of theft at business on N Stratford Road. Suspect was stopped and cooperative. Suspect released from custody.
Report of truck stolen from N Block Street.
Report of traffic collision on N Stratford Road.. The at fault driver left the scene prior to police arrival. The driver was located and determined to be DUI. The suspect was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run causing injury.
Oct. 27
Report of a suspect breaking driver side and passenger mirror off reporting party’s vehicle. Suspect contacted and booked into Grant County Jail for second-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief.
Report of overdose on N Buell Street. Police assisted Moses Lake Fire Department. Female was aggressive and transported to Samaritan Hospital.
Report of stolen vehicle recovered in homeless encampment behind sleep center on E Broadway Avenue. Currently under investigation.
Report of suspect placed into custody on E Broadway Avenue for failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian. Suspect was booked for DUI, ignition interlock violation, second-degree driving with license suspended and possession of a controlled substance.

Report of two suspect wearing masks stealing from business on S Pioneer Way. The business wants the two suspects trespassed if found.
Report of cold burglary. Reporting party said his room was broke into overnight on S Pioneer Way. Some of the reporting party’s items were taken. Reporting party wishes to pursue charges if suspect is identified.
Report of cold theft of tools from construction trailer on Blue Heron Lane. The estimated value of the tools is around $10,000. Unknown suspect at this time.
Report of theft at business on S Pioneer Way. Suspect headed toward movie theater. Police searched area and unable to find the suspect.
Report of theft at business on S Pioneer Way. Suspect stole around $30 worth of food. Reporting party wants suspect to be charged and trespassed if found.
Report of suspect who stole from business on S Pioneer Way and went to the movie theater found. Suspect detained. Reporting party wants trespass and charges.
Report of hit-and-run collision in parking lot on N Stratford Road. Video of the accident. Owner did not want to pursue charges.
Report of two-vehicle collision in parking lot on N Stratford Road. Vehicle two was legally parked and vehicle one side swiped the passenger side of vehicle two.
Report of overdose on S Russell Avenue. Police assisted Moses Lake Fire Department. Subject transported to hospital.

Christopher Lopez, 23, Quincy, booked on first-degree criminal trespassing, Grant County District Court Court warrants for two counts of fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence.
Eric Ramirez, 24, Moses Lake, booked on mandatory DUI, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and second-degree driving with license suspended.

Jeffrey Lynn Hughes, 49, Moses Lake, booked for Grant County Superior Court warrant for three counts of second-degree identity theft, two counts of second-degree possession of stolen property and a Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear DUI.
