GRAND COULEE — Public tours of the John W. Keys pump-generating plant and the laser light show at Grand Coulee Dam resume this weekend for the summer.

The “One River, Many Voices” laser light show will be presented every night at 10 p.m. until July 31, according to a press release from the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. The start time moves to 9:30 p.m. from Aug. 1 to Sept. 1, and to 8:30 p.m. from Sept. 1 to 30, when it ends for the season.

Both the show and the tours are free of charge.

Tours are scheduled for 10 a.m., noon 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

“Tours are on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited and subject to change,” the release said. “Public tours can be canceled without notice.”

The Grand Coulee Dam Visitor Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. year-round.
