Royal City library starting to take shape
The concrete floor for the Royal City Public Library building has been poured and underground plumbing and floor heat installed. The walls will begin to go up in a month or two, organizers said.

ROYAL CITY — The new Royal City Public Library marked another milestone this month, as the concrete was poured March 14.
