STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER SUPERSEDING CERTIFICATE TAKE NOTICE: That Stevens Land Holdings LLC, has made application for SEASONAL change/transfer of water right in order to change the points of withdrawal and change a portion of the place of use as granted under Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. 6051-A. This certificate overlaps superseding Ground Water Certificate G3-01347C which is proposed for seasonal change under separate application. That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. 6051-A authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 800 acre-feet per year, from April 1 to October 31, each year for the irrigation of 716.6 acres. That the authorized point of withdrawal is from two wells (Well MHB 1 and MHB 2) located within the SW¼NW¼ of Section 35, T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use is 716.6 acres within the following: 713 acres in Section 35 and the SE¼ of Section 26, and 3.6 acres (non-additive) in the NE¼ of Section 34, T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M. That they propose to change the point of withdrawal to two wells located within the W½NE¼ (Well 4) and NE¼NW¼ of Section 23 (Well 5) all in T. 23 N., R. 29 E.W.M. That they propose to change a portion of the place of use to 120 acres within the NW¼ of Section 14, T. 23 N., R. 39 E.W.M. All within Grant County, Washington. This certificate overlaps superseding Ground Water Certificate No. 6051-A which is proposed for seasonal change under separate application. That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01347C authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 1,135 acre-feet per year, from April 1 to October 31, each year for the irrigation of 454 acres (113 primary acres and 341 supplemental or non-additive acres). That the authorized point of withdrawal is from two wells located within the SW¼NW¼ of Section 35 (Well MHB 1) and the S ½NE ¼ of Section 26 (Well MHB 3), all within T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use is 454 acres within the following: 40 acres (additive) in the S½NE¼ of Section 26 lying south of the highway, 82.6 acres (73 acres [additive] and 9.6 acres [non-additive]) in the NE¼ of Section 34, and a total of 331.4 acres (non-additive) in Section 35 and the SE¼ of Section 34, T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M. That they propose to change the point of withdrawal to two wells located within the W½NE¼ (Well 4) and NE¼NW¼ of Section 23 (Well 5) all in T. 23 N., R. 29 E.W.M. That they propose to change a portion of the place of use to 120 acres within the NW¼ of Section 14, T. 23 N., R. 39 E.W.M. All within Grant County, Washington.
