June 13

Jesus Salcedo Alvarez, 47, Soap Lake, booked for first-degree theft, first-degree possession of stolen property, second-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

June 14

Shari Rhyne, 49, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Latecia Perez, 37, Moses Lake, booked on DUI, operating a vehicle without required ignition interlock and first-degree driving with a suspended license.

June 15

June 13

Report of a fire at Lions Park. Upon arrival officers found a stump ablaze.

June 15

Report of a fire on 18th Avenue SW. Upon arrival officers extinguished a fire in a rose bush next to a residence, which sustained minor damage.

Report of a verbal dispute on Fourth Avenue SW. Subject was trespassed from reporting party’s property.

Report of possible fraud. Reporting party said there was fraudulent activity on a debit card.

June 19

Report of panhandling in the 300 block of Basin Street SW. Male subject was trespassed from the property.

Report of a vehicle prowl on Basin Street SW. Suspects entered the victim’s vehicle and stole hand tools valued at about $1,400. 

Report of subjects throwing water balloons from a vehicle at pedestrians. Vehicle was located and the driver was cited for traffic violations.

June 14

Report of subject trespassing on property and refusing to leave in the 500 block of East Wheeler Road. Subject was advised to leave.

Report of vandalism in the 1000 block of West Ivy Avenue. Two windows in a building shot, possibly with a pellet gun, with one window broken.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision at the intersection of East Wheeler Road and South Hamilton Road.

Report of vehicle hitting a building in the 8400 block of Aspi Boulevard NE. Driver hit the wrong pedal.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury collision on the Alder Street fill. Driver of vehicle one rear-ended vehicle 2.

Report of theft from a business in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way. Female suspect took a bag filled with unknown items. 

Report of tagging in the parking lot of a church on East Sharon Avenue.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 400 block of West Broadway Avenue. Driver of vehicle 2 had parked car illegally, and driver of vehicle 1 ran into it.

Report of a car hitting a building in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road. Driver said his foot slipped off the brake and hit the gas pedal, causing him to hit the building.

June 15

A female, unknown age, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief, domestic violence, after a report of a disturbance on West Everett Place.

Report of two bicycles stolen from a residence on West Willow Street.

Report of graffiti in the 100 block of West Charlotte Street.

Report of a two-vehicle, blocking collision at a business in the 200 block of East Third Avenue.

Report of theft from a boat on South Husky Drive. Estimated value of items taken was $800.

Report of a vehicle prowl in the 1800 block of East Kittelson Road. Reporting party said a backpack containing electronic equipment was stolen.

June 16

A man, no age listed, was cited for DUI.

Report of a vehicle hitting a stop sign at the intersection of Alder Street and Fifth Avenue, then fleeing the scene.

Report of shoplifting at business in the 2700 block of West Broadway Avenue.

Report of three-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 400 block of South Balsam Street. Driver of vehicle 3 stopped for a pedestrian; vehicle 2 stopped behind vehicle 3 and rear-ended by vehicle 1, pushing it into vehicle 3.

Report of shoplifting from a business in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road.

A woman, age not listed, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle on North Kentucky Avenue. .

A man, no age listed, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order at a business in the 900 block of North Stratford Road.. 

Report of a two-vehicle, hit and run collision in the parking lot of a business in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 was backing up and hit vehicle 2, then fled the scene. Driver was later located and cited for hit and run unattended and three traffic violations.

June 17

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision on South Skyline Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into vehicle 2, which was legally parked. 

Report of shoplifting at a business in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of graffiti in a park on South Clover Drive.

Report of a pedestrian hit by a car, which fled the scene.

Report of graffiti at a school in the 400 block of West Ridge Road.

Report of a vehicle fire in the 900 block of Northwest Sunburst Court. Rear of passenger was set on fire. Moses Lake Fire Department responded to ensure the fire was out. 

Report of graffiti on a fence on East Seventh Avenue.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

June 18

Report of graffiti at an apartment complex in the 200 block of East Ninth Avenue.

Report of theft from a business in the 500 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 700 block of North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 1 turned east into a parking lot and hit vehicle 2, which was stopped for a traffic light.

Report of theft from a business in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road.

Report of a two-vehicle collision at South Alder Street and East Third Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 did not stop for the traffic light and hit vehicle 2. Passenger in vehicle 2 was transported to Samaritan Hospital.

June 19

A juvenile was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief.

Report of theft from a business in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of theft from a business in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road. Fishing rods, reels and clothing were stolen. Estimated value about $1,400.

Report of graffiti on West Cascade Avenue.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree assault.
