CITY OF QUINCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; the City of Quincy is hereby holding a public hearing: before the City of Quincy Council to review proposed Master Parks (PROS) Plan. The City Council will hold a public hearing to get final comment on the PROS Plan prior to the adoption by Ordinance to either approve, approve with conditions, or deny the proposed PROS Plan.
