PORT OF MOSES LAKE NOTICE OF BID Unit Price Utility Maintenance Work Port of Moses Lake Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Unit Price Utility Maintenance Work for the Port of Moses Lake will be received at the 7810 Andrews St Suite 200, Moses Lake, WA 98337 until 2:00 p.m., June 17, 2024. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for performing the following types of work on an hourly or unit price basis, without any guarantee as to volume of such work, for the next two (2) year period, with the Port’s option for a one (1) year renewal, at properties owned by the Port: Providing all maintenance and repair work required for Port owned utility infrastructure including, but not limited to its: (i) fire suppression system consisting of the fire pump house/water tank and fire transmission lines, (ii) Westgate water system (Road G NE), (iii) Westgate domestic wastewater system (Road G NE and Tower), (iv) US Forest Service 4” force main, and (v) industrial wastewater system. All maintenance and repair work shall be per formed pursuant to (i) the applicable operations and maintenance manuals, (ii) applicable laws, rules, regulations and codes, and (iii) Port direction. Specifications, including Contract Documents, are available at the Port of Moses Lake’s office, 7810 Andrews St Suite 200, Moses Lake, WA for public inspection, and may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $5:00 or may be received electronically.
