Fog Solutions, LLC owns and operates a grease trap processing facility that will process recovered grease to generate a reusable grease product. The facility will discharge wastewater to the City of Moses Lake Dunes Wastewater Treatment Facility with a maximum daily discharge flow of 16,000 gallons per day (gpd) and an average monthly flow of 6,000 gpd. The wastewater, following treatment, must meet the requirements of the Washington State Water Pollution Control Act and applicable regulations for a permit to be issued.
