Revised Notice of Public Hearing Date of Notice: July 12, 2024 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has postponed a public hearing for the following project: Conditional Use Permit and SEPA application to allow for the expansion of an established 86-acre Septage Material Land Application and Holding Lagoon Site. The expansion of the site will be 240 acres of existing dryland farming and partially irrigated fields. This proposal is located in the Rural Resource(RRes) Zoning District of Grant County. Septage applied materials will be incorporated into farm ground within 6 hours of application. Dryland agricultural growing practices will be utilized to facilitate the applied septage materials. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Statewide Bio Solids Management General Permit, SEPA Environmental Checklist. STUDIES REQUIRED: None LOCATION: The subject parcel is located approximately 11 miles northeast of Moses Lake, WA, near the intersection of Road Q NE and Road 12 NE, in the NE ¼ of Section 2, Township 20 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA.
