REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST Letters of Interest will be received by Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington (AACCW) for provision of virtual presentations on health promotion / disease prevention to adults and their primary caregivers. Experience in developing and giving presentations on health and wellness topics, knowledge of evidence-based programs with preference given for those with experience with virtual platforms and video-conferencing and a plan for recruiting participants. Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree in a health and wellness related discipline with current professional certification. When applicable, contractor must provide own transportation and be willing to travel throughout Adams, Douglas, Chelan, Grant, Lincoln, and Okanogan Counties to give presentations at senior centers and other venues. Some evening presentations and overnight travel may be required. Initial contract 01/01/2025 – 06/30/2025. AACCW option to renew yearly for additional 3 years. In accordance with Title 70, Chapter 44, Section 140 of the Revised Code for the State of Washington, Othello Community Hospital hereby gives public notice of the need for materials and work for construction that conforms to all applicable public works requirements including the requirement to pay prevailing wages.    Sealed Bids will be received by Othello Community Hospital (OCH) at 315 North 14th Avenue, Othello WA, 99344, at the front desk for construction of the Tunnel Lid Replacement project as indicated in the Contract Documents.    Bids shall be delivered to OCH at the location indicated above no later than 2PM, on August 13th 2024. Bids delivered after the time(s) indicated above will not be accepted or considered.    Bids and Bid Bond shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents.    Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after.    Project Description: The project consists of replacing a failing utility tunnel lid on a utility tunnel that runs between the existing boiler room and the newer multi-story addition as indicated in the Contract Documents.    Estimated Construction Cost: $750,000    A pre-Bid meeting and site walk-through will be held on July 19th at 11AM, at the project site.
