NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids, plainly marked “BID FOR H-SE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, CRP 19-10”, will be received by Grant County Department of Public Works located 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Tuesday, July 2, 2024 and will then and there be opened and publicly read.  All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Grant County. Maps, plans and specifications may be purchased from the Office of the County Engineer, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823, upon payment of the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable). The improvement for which bids will be received follows: H-SE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT – CRP 19-10 This contract provides for the reconstruction of 4.64 miles of Road H-SE from 12-SE to SR 262, a two lane county road in Grant County, WA, and the replacement of an existing bridge. This project is split into 2 phases, the roadway section and the bridge section.
