Notice of Application, Proposed DNS, January 30, 2024, Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review Application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on December 13, 2023, from CSC GENCON INC., PO Box 117, Moses Lake, WA 98837, and were found to be Technically Complete on January 23, 2024. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared.
