Ephrata PD

Jan. 4

Report of multiple counts of items stolen off a porch.

Jan. 5

Report of a person hearing voices in the 200 block of Statter Road. Officers contacted the subject, who willingly accepted transportation to Columbia Basin Hospital.

Report of a burglary at a business in the 1600 block of Basin Street Southwest. A hole had been cut in the fence, but nothing appeared to be missing.

Jan. 6

Report of theft from a business in the 200 block of Basin Street Northwest.

Jan. 7

Report of a vehicle prowl in  the 300 block of J Street Northeast. A purse and perfume were stolen.

Report of merchandise valued at more than $700 stolen from a business in the 1100 block of Basin Street Southwest. The suspects fled but the merchandise was recovered.

Jan. 8

Report of a two-vehicle rear-end collision in the 10 block of Basin Street Southwest. Vehicle 1 was stopped for a red light, and vehicle 2 slid in the snow and was unable to stop in time.

Jan. 9

Report of damage to a vehicle in the 300 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast. Reporting party advised a male subject arrived at the residence and banged on the door, then slashed a tire on the vehicle and left.

Report of a stolen vehicle recovered in the 100 block of D Street Northwest. Vehicle was locked and appeared to be in good condition.

Report of theft from a business in the 1700 block of Basin Street Northwest.

Report of theft in progress from a business in the 1300 block of Nat Washington Way. Subject left the merchandise in the store and fled on foot.

Jan. 10

Report of a female subject sitting outside in the 1100 block of Basin Street Southwest. Subject advised she was fine and declined a ride to the shelter in Moses Lake, but was given an extra sweatshirt for warmth.

Kevin Lee Heeb, 40, Moses Lake, booked on DUI, reckless driving and resisting arrest.

Robert Duane Coates, 57, Coulee City, booked on possession, delivery or manufacture of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 6

Tanner Ray Parmer, 40, Soap Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Jan. 7

Dominic Alonzo C. Cotton, 27, Elmer City, booked on DUI and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Steven Cooper Smallwood, 34, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree criminal trespass, as well as a Grant County District Court warrant relating to first-degree criminal trespass.

Ismael Garza, 44, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Reyna Araiza Rodriguez, 23, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Arturo Nieto Chavez, 39, Moses Lake, booked on a Grant County District Court warrant relating to first-degree negligent driving.

Jordan Israel Wright, 19, Othello, booked on drive-by shooting.

Logan Gary Dechenne, 28, Soap Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Christian Angel Gonzalez, 45, Quincy, booked on second-degree burglary, third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft, as well as a Grant County District Court warrant relating to first-degree criminal trespass.

Barry M. Jackson, 31, Cottonwood, booked on violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

Hala Landsman, 37, Cottonwood, booked on violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act – manufacture, delivery or possession of flunitrazepam.

Kolby Kenneth Burck, 29, Ephrata, booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant relating to second-degree assault with a deadly weapon.

Kainen Stewart Bone, 24, Moses Lake, booked on possession of a stolen vehicle, as well as a Grant County District Court warrant relating to first-degree criminal trespass.

Megan Louise Lara, 28, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Nicholas Andrew Boese, 31, Richland, booked on endangerment with a controlled substance.

Andryu Abdiel Martinez Luna, 25, Sunnyside, booked on making false statements to a lw enforcement officer and violation of a protection order.

Jose Barrera Gonzalez, 32, Grand Coulee, booked on second-degree vehicle prowl.

Moses Lake PD

Jan. 10

Report of a student with marijuana paraphernalia at Moses Lake High School. Student’s parents were called and student was sent home.

Report of employee theft at a business in the 900 block of North Stratford Road.

Report of two motorcycles located at a homeless camp in the area of East Wheeler Road and Penn Street. One was found to be stolen. Both motorcycles were impounded.

Report of a hoodie stolen from a business in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of a hit-and-run in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road. An unknown red truck struck the reporting party, then fled.

Report of a burglary in the 1200 block of West Ivy Avenue. Two Nintendo Switches and an Xbox external hard drive and controller were missing.

Jan. 11

Report of a burglary at a business in the 500 block of West Valley Road. Unknown subject in a jumpsuit and ski mask broke into a propane cage.
