ADAMS COUNTY NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS FOR Adams County Solid Waste Comprehensive Plan Update Adams County Department of Public Works solicits interests / qualifications from qualified consulting firms with expertise in Solid Waste Management and Solid Waste Comprehensive Plan development. It is anticipated that the work will begin in the 1st quarter of 2024. This agreement will last through 2024 with the option for Adams County to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Consultants will be considered for the following project. Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of working with and assisting Adams County and the Adams County SWAC in the reviewing, revising and/or amending of the current Adams County Solid Waste Comprehensive Plan. Adams County reserves the right to amend terms of this “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultant have spent on their response. Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on key personnel, firm experience, familiarity with relevant codes and standards, familiarity with Eastern Washington/Adams County, past performance & references, timeline, and location.
