SUPERIOR COURT OF WASHINGTON FOR GRANT COUNTY Estate of | | NO. 24-4-00021-13 | KATHRYN FRANCES WHITE, | PROBATE NOTICE TO CREDITORS | (RCW 11.40.030) | Deceased. | | The above Court has appointed the person named below as Personal Representative of Decedent’s estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent must present the claim: (a) Before the time when the claim would be barred by any applicable statute of limitations, and (b) In the manner provided in RCW 11.40.070: (i) By filing the original of the claim with the foregoing Court, and (ii) By serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative at the address stated below a copy of the claim. The claim must be presented by the later of: (a) Thirty (30) days after the day the Personal Representative served or mailed this Notice as provided in RCW 11.40.020(1)(c), or (b) Four (4) months after the date of first publication of this Notice. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, will receive bids for the printing of County Legal Notices for the year beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025. All printing is to be published in nine-point solid matter and must be able to publish legal notices a minimum of 2 days per week. Legal notices must be published in single-column format, based on a six-column publication, justified, with hyphenation and no spaces between paragraphs. Legal notices will be submitted, by the County, in this format. Bids must be sealed and endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the words: “BID FOR COUNTY PRINTING” and must be filed with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners on or before April 01, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Bid opening immediately follows. Bids shall contain a certified statement of paid circulation within Grant County so that due consideration of the widest publicity of notices may be made an element of the award of said printing. In accordance with RCW 36.72.075, the successful bidder may be required to post a bond in the amount of Two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,000.00) for the correct and faithful performance of the contract and work to be done.
