Ephrata PD finds pup, looking for owners

EPHRATA – The Ephrata Police Department found this sweet unnamed girl Dec. 17 and have been taking care of her since because surrounding shelters are full. The department is looking for someone to give her a home or a shelter to take her in. She knows how to sit on command and has a sweet disposition.
