NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed bids will be received either by mail or hand delivered by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, located in the County Courthouse, P.O. The work to be performed under this contract shall be the following: grading; installation of a landfill gas collection and condensate system piping, placement of a bedding layer, installation of a 60-mil textured HDPE geomembrane liner; installation of a geotextile cushion layer; placement of a sideslope layer, and leachate collection layer. Also, the work will include the excavation/embankment and grading of access roads, stormwater perimeter ditch, and electrical for the condensate system.
