NOTICE OF STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE   The Beverly Water District issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Rules (Washington Administrative Code Chapter 197-11) for the District’s New Well and Reservoir Tank Improvements located within the proposed project area, which includes Township 16 North, Range 23 East, Section 34, Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Washington. After reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the Beverly Water District determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
