Notice of Proposed SEPA ODNS and Site Plan Review Public Hearing: Sept 13, 2024. Notice is hereby given that a building application was received by the City of George on Aug 6th, 2024 from J. Aldrich, and was found to be Technically Complete on Aug 21st, 2024. SEPA: The City of George has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS). This determination is based on the following findings and conclusions: An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency.
