CITY OF MOSES LAKE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Moses Lake Planning Commission at 7:00 pm on September 9, 2024 in the City Council Chambers, 401 S. Balsam. Remote participation is available, please check the City of Moses Lake website for the remote link www.cityofml.com. An amendment to repeal and replace the current Chapters 14, and Chapters 17 thru 20 of the City of Moses Lake Municipal Code and adoption of the 2024 Unified Development Code, Title 15.
