RICHLAND — The Washington State Patrol released a silver alert for Dennis Findlay, 78, in Richland. Findlay was last seen at 4 p.m. Aug. 26 at his home, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. He is 5”9’, 210 lbs. with gray hair and blue eyes. He drives a purple 2019 dodge challenger with a Washington license plate BNA5546. Findlay has memory issues and likely has dementia. If seen, contact 911.
