The proposed project, Simplot Moses Rainier HBF 23F012, is located at Northeast of Rd. O and Rd. 2 NE Intersection, parcel # 180217000 & 180218000 in Moses Lake, in Grant County. This project involves 91.6 acres of soil disturbance for industrial  activities.   The receiving water(s) is/are: An unnamed existing wetland (surface water body) located at 47.117377, -119.169448   Any persons desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application may do so in writing within thirty days of the last date of publication of this notice. The proposed project is located at 1500 Port Industrial Way in Quincy, Grant County, Washington. This project involves 36.7 acres of soil disturbance for industrial building and utility construction activities.  All discharges and runoff go to on-site infiltration ponds.
