OLYMPIA — Results of the elections were certified by the Washington Secretary of State’s Office on Thursday with the exception of the race for the Commissioner of Public Lands which has statewide results close enough between the second and third-place candidates close enough to require a recount of ballots under state law. The top two candidates that will appear on ballots in November are shown below.
