COLUMBIA BASIN — Live music is in abundance in the Basin this week, with winery performances, Gorge shows, a free concert and a full-blown music festival. Here’s what you can expect to see happening. 

Aug. 23  

The Side Project in concert 

The Side Project, an acoustic band featuring wife and husband team Suzie and Ben Bradford, will perform a free concert of pop and country favorites as well as some original songs. This is the final show in the 2024 Summer Concert Series. 8 p.m. at the Centennial Amphitheater, McCosh Park, Moses Lake. Info: moseslakemuseum.com.

Tyler Childers Mule Pull ’24  

Country music concert featuring Tyler Childers and guests Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, Joy Oladokun and Bella White. Gorge Amphitheatre, 754 Silica Road, Quincy. www.livenationentertainment.com.  

Chris Ward  

Country music performance by a local artist who made the big time. Chris was signed to Giant/Warner Bros James Stroud in 1993 and released his debut album “One Step Beyond,” and in 1996 Chris’ single “Fall Reaching” made the top 60’s in Billboard Magazine. His song “See Ya” was recorded by Confederate Railroad and made their greatest hits album in 1997. 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Beaumont Cellars, 23565 Grand Cru Drive NW, Quincy. Aug. 24  

CBHA Run for a Cause  

Join Columbia Basin Health Association for a colorful 5K run through Othello. Runners will get splashed with paint along the route for a messy, light-hearted experience. 10 a.m. at the CBHA Othello clinic, 1515 E. Columbia St. Info: www.cbharunforacause.com.  

RitzFest 

Music festival featuring Sidestep, Andy Rumsey, Two Stones One Bird and Big Dawg and the Howlers. Craft vendors and food by The Dog Stop. 12-10:30 p.m. at Wheat Land Fairgrounds, 811 E. Main Ave., Ritzville. Tickets and info: www.ritzvillefestivals.org

Aug. 26 

Free bingo  

Get ready to shout "bingo!" and win some amazing prizes at this fun-filled event. Wheat Land Communities' Fair

Dave Matthews Band
