ELECTRIC CITY SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM FINAL ACTION PUBLIC NOTICE The Washington State Department of Ecology (Department) hereby provides notice, as required by the Shoreline Management Act (RCW 90.58.090(8)), that the Department has taken final action and approved amendments to the Electric City (City) Shoreline Master Program. This action completes the SMP periodic review requirements under RCW 90.58.080(4) for Electric City. Per RCW 90.58.090, the effective date of the Coalition’s Shoreline Master Program amendment is August 13, 2024. Per RCW 90.58.190(2), petitions of appeal must be filed with the Growth Management Hearings Hearings Board within 60 days of publication of this notice.
