More questions than answers in quiet attempt to invalidate WA initiatives
People show support for a Washington ballot initiative that would make participation in a state-run long-term care program optional. The Washington State Supreme Court threw out a suit to invalidate I-2124 and three other initiatives, a suit the initiatives' supporters say they had no idea had even been filed.
