Tom Thomas

Tommy Thomas, 76, of Moses Lake, Wash., lost his battle with cancer and passed away April 3, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones.

Tom was born July 3, 1947, in Spokane, Wash. He served in the Army in Vietnam in 1965-69. Tom was active in the Moses Lake community with Rotary. He was a longtime business owner in Ephrata and moved the business to Moses Lake in 2008. Before he was diagnosed, Tom got into bike riding and enjoyed riding his bike every day. 

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, James Clement Thomas and LaRay (Smith) Thomas, and one younger brother, Michael. 

He is survived by his longtime significant other, Beverly Shuford; his two sons, Jason Thomas (Anita Polley) of Spokane and Jeremy (Daphne) Thomas of Moses Lake; two sisters Debbie D'aprile (Randy Vandersluys) of Spokane and Pam (Lance) Rinard of Lewiston, Idaho; five brothers Bruce (Eddie) Thomas of Spokane, Steve (Leta) Thomas of Post Falls, Idaho, Les (Kelly) Thomas of Phoenix, Ariz., Dave (Judy) Thomas of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Ricky Thomas of Anchorage, Alaska; many nieces and nephews, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

At the request of Tom there will be no service or celebration of life.
