WA law enforcement org weights in on pursuit law changes
Laws were put in place a few years ago that prevent agencies like the Grant County Sheriff's Office from pursuing drivers in high speed chases in most instances. Now, a newly-passed initiative will reverse that to an extent, allowing law enforcement to pursue those they believe have broken the law.
