Report of a vehicle prowl in the 1100 block of Third Avenue Northeast. The right front window was broken out and a bow and arrow and range finder were stolen.

Jose Ignacio Ortiz Pedrosa, 37, Quincy, booked on second-degree criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree driving with license suspended and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock, as well as Grant County District Court warrants relating to third-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence, first-degree driving with license suspended, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock and first-degree criminal trespass.

Jose Manuel Serrano-Mejia, 21, Pasco, booked on first-degree trafficking stolen property, third-degree retail theft with special circumstances and third-degree theft, as well as a Grant County District Court warrant relating to third-degree theft.

Luis Picasso Moral, 19, Moses Lake, booked on possession of a stolen vehicle.

Report of a garden hose stolen in the 1100 block of South Jefferson Avenue.

Report of a hit-and-run at South Alder Street and East Broadway Avenue.

Report of attempted theft at a business in the 900 block of West Central Drive.

Report of a rollover collision at the West Broadway/I-90 overpass. One driver was transported to the hospital.

Report of a two-vehicle collision at West Broadway Avenue and South Gibby Road.

Report of a burglary in the 300 block of South Gibby Road. A window had been broken and the door damaged, and the house had been ransacked.

Report of a boat stolen from a dock in the 400 block of West Northshore Drive.

Report of a two-vehicle rear-end collision at SR 17 and East Kittelson Road. Vehicle 2 was stopped at the stoplight and vehicle 1 did not stop in time. The driver of vehicle 1 appeared to have suffered a seizure.

Report of a two-vehicle collision in the 8500 block of Charles Road Northeast. Vehicle 1 left the roadway and struck vehicle 2, which was parked and unoccupied, pushing vehicle 2 into the side of a residence. The residence sustained damage to the siding and drywall.

Report of a two-vehicle rear-end collision at East Wheeler Road and South Canterbury Lane. No injuries were reported.

Report of a burglary in the 300 block of West Broadway. A box of meat valued at $354.42 was stolen.

Report of damage to the restroom and playground at Knolls Vista Park.

Report of a wheelchair stolen from a business in the 600 block of South Coolidge Street.

Report of a two-vehicle rear-end collision at West Knolls Vista Drive and North Stratford Road. Vehicle 1 sustained damage to the front and could not be driven fr the scene. Vehicle 2 sustained damage to the rear bumper.

Report of an attempted burglary in the 900 block of East Wheeler Road. Suspect centered the property through a cut in the fence, then entered a vehicle and left, but was stopped before leaving the property.
