NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS  Sealed bids, plainly marked “BID FOR SILICA RD. OVERLAY PROJECT, CRP 23-03”, will be  received by Grant County Department of Public Works located 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata,  WA, 98823, until 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 and will then and there  be opened and publicly read. Grant County is providing access to this scheduled bid opening via  WebEx audio Connection only. To participate please call in to 1-408-418-9388 and enter access  code (9146 080 7555).   All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check,  cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such  bid proposal. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION September 28, 2023   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 28, 2023, beginning at 6:00PM in the Council Chamber in the Civic Center located at 401 S Balsam Street, Moses Lake, WA and via Zoom (virtual meeting). The Planning Commission will consider the following: PLN2023-0044- Shoreline Conditional Use Permit North Columbia Basin Railroad  An application for a Shoreline Conditional Use Permit and a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the construction of the Northern Columbia Basin Railroad (NCBR) Project within the Shoreline Jurisdiction of Crab Creek and associated wetlands is proposed.
