OVERLAY PROJECT, CRP 23-03”, will be  received by Grant County Department of Public Works located 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata,  WA, 98823, until 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 and will then and there  be opened and publicly read. Grant County is providing access to this scheduled bid opening via  WebEx audio Connection only.
