Klitzke joins commercial banking at Washington Trust
MOSES LAKE — Melissa Klitzke of Moses Lake has been named vice president and relationship manager for the commercial banking team at Washington Trust Bank, according to an announcement from the bank.
Klitzke, who grew up in the Basin and has more than 24 years’ experience in banking, was most recently with Banner Bank, where she served as vice president and relationship manager to serve small- to mid-sized business owners and commercial clients, according to the announcement.
Klitzke is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, where she earned an associate degree in business administration; and of Washington Bankers Association’s Management Development Program, the announcement said. Outside the office, she is also a business owner herself. Klitzke and her husband own and operate a local event venue in Moses Lake. In her spare time, Klitzke volunteers with multiple community organizations including 4-H Grant County, Builders Club, Grant County Fair, Kiwanis, Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce and Moses Lake School District.
