Límites anuales y por hora darán mejor cuenta de las emisiones de puesta en marcha usando metanol. Las emisiones de NOx aumentarán 3.76 toneladas por año.  La instalación existente High Volume Manufacturing se ampliará de un reactor a cuatro reactores y agregará un depurador en seco al actual sistema de depuración húmeda para controlar las emisiones de óxido de etileno y óxido de propileno. MLI también propone expandir su proceso de purificación de cobre existente con una nueva línea.
