MOSES LAKE — The photo above was found in our archives and depicts a Bell Telephone System employee handing a phone to a patient. The photo has few legible markings on the back but is dated July 18, 1944, and the date stamp says it was taken or processed by Gabriel Moulin Studios of San Francisco, Calif. The photo is likely a public relations shot from the World War II era, but may also be for a story or obituary published at the time.
