NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids, plainly marked “BID FOR 9-NW RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, CRP 22-03”, will be received by Grant County Department of Public Works located at 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:00 P.M.
