Report of a vehicle prowl in the 10 block of L Street Northeast. A firearm, a backpack with welding gear and basketball shoes were stolen.
Report of two diamond rings stolen out of a vehicle on Third Avenue Northeast.
Report of an industrial hair dryer stolen in the 600 block of Basin Street Northwest.

Nov. 21
Report of a two-vehicle non-injury collision in the 1300 block of Basin Street Southwest. Vehicle 1 turned into a parking lot and a trailer it was towing tore off the rear bumper of vehicle 2, which was stopped for traffic.
