Business, organizations collaborate on Moses Lake toy drive
MOSES LAKE — A Moses Lake business and two organizations are joining together on a toy drive to benefit children six to 13 years of age.
Moses Lake Industries, the Samaritan Healthcare Foundation and Communities in Schools-North Central Washington are sponsoring a toy drive through Dec. 8. The goal is to collect 800 gifts for elementary and middle school children, according to the CISNCW website.
The organizers are looking for donations of new toys, according to information from CISNCW. Toys should be unwrapped.
Donations can be dropped off at Samaritan Healthcare, Washington Trust Bank, 402 S. Ash St., Signs Now, 710 E. Broadway Ave. and Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Ranch and Home, 1000 S. Pioneer Way.
Fliers around town also include a QR code that people can use to buy toys via a gift registry, which then will be sent directly to the toy drive organizers.
