Othello advanced in the Central Washington Athletic Conference girls soccer district tournament with a 1-0 win over Ephrata in a penalty shootout.

Ephrata won the Central Washington Athletic Conference with Friday night’s 13-0 win over Ellensburg.
The Moses Lake Mavericks suffered their first loss of the year, losing 35-8 to Eastmont Friday and finishing second place in the Columbia Basin Big 9.
Wilson Creek takes on Soap Lake Thursday night in Wenatchee for a chance to advance to the 1B State Volleyball Tournament.
Moses Lake Christian Academy/Covenant Christian School hosted Liberty Bell on Saturday, falling 64-30 to the Mountain Lions.
